Jill’s passion for working with youth struggling with substance use disorder and other challenges began in 2007, with her work in the juvenile justice system, working in detention centers, victim advocacy and as a juvenile probation officer. Due to growing systemic concerns that became more and more evident to her, she made the decision in 2014 to begin treating adolescents and young adults with substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders with Rehab After Work’s sister organization, The Light Program.
