About Our Exton Treatment Center

Our outpatient rehab center is on John Young Way in Exton, close to Rt. 30. We serve Exton, Downingtown, and the surrounding areas. At this time, we accept only commercial insurance or self-pay (no Medical Assistance or county funding).

Intensive Outpatient

Intensive outpatient therapy (IOP) can help individuals regain control over their substance use. With frequent sessions to help you build recovery skills, this program is often used as an early intervention or the next step after inpatient treatment.

Dual Diagnosis IOP Treatment

Rehab After Work's Dual Diagnosis IOP treatment is a comprehensive approach for treating substance use disorders that co-occur with other mental illnesses, such as anxiety, depression or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The goal of dual diagnosis treatment is to help clients with these co-occurring disorders learn how to manage both illnesses.

Addictions Awareness & DUI Programming

Our Addictions Awareness program is for those who have not been diagnosed with a substance use disorder but are struggling with the consequences of substance abuse. It is also a good fit for anyone charged with a DUI. This program fulfills court-ordered treatment requirements.

Flexible, Confidential Treatment

Rehab After Work provides confidential, compassionate treatment that is focused on the individual. We strive to make treatment flexible by offering morning and evening groups for working adults.
