Rehab After Work provides an individualized, clinically-intensive partial hospitalization day program for individuals 18 years and older with substance abuse and psychiatric disorders. The partial day program serves those who need structure and intensity in their treatment plan, but have the appropriate environmental supports to help after programming is completed for the day.
The partial day program operates 9:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday through Friday at our Daylesford location. Roundtrip van transportation is available.
At admission, a level of care assessment will be conducted by a therapist in order to identify specific needs upon which the individualized treatment plan will be based. Length of stay varies based on the individual’s needs.
Clients can schedule up to two individual 30-minute sessions per week with a counselor. Rehab After Work also offers a family support group every Wednesday evening from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm. The family support group is free to the family members of any client in the partial day program.
Every Thursday, partial program clients will have access to an on-staff psychiatrist, available from 9:00 am-3:00 pm.
The Medical Director, who is a Board Certified Psychiatrist, leads the treatment team. The team may include Licensed Therapists, Certified Addiction Counselors, Psychiatric Nurses, Music/Art Therapists, Holistic Practioner, Dietician and Massage/Yoga professionals who combine their skills to provide an intensive, daily, therapeutic experience.

“After beginning to attend Rehab After Work’s PHP program, I began to notice some of the first benefits of recovery. The staff or group facilitators have a gentle but not underwhelming approach and work as a team to help me set and reach goals and learn how to set boundaries, structure my time outside of PHP, and practice recovery as a whole. They provide a safe environment for me to learn, grow, and feel I can be honest in. PHP has helped me transition from an inpatient facility to an IOP at my own pace and has provided me the means of learning new and safe coping mechanism and other tools promoting a strong foundation in recovery.”

“During my time at Rehab After Work’s partial hospitalization program, I learned how to begin to break the cycle of my addiction. Having been at other treatment programs for alcohol, this one, in particular, stood out to me. The program provides you with realistic and beneficial treatments. I really liked the biofeedback, meditation, and yoga alongside the therapy, which gave me steps to take home. Having a nurse on staff also educated me on how the disease works and effects my body. It opened my eyes; I had never looked at that before. Most importantly, my counselors, therapists, and staff made me feel comfortable, normal, and hopeful. They helped me plan to get through this and move forward to the next step of recovery. I’m forever thankful to the staff at Paoli.”
